Wow! So much going on at the park there is hardly time to breath! Yesterday we had a awesome lunch buffet from our great cook, Patty. We feasted on home made Chicken Noodle soup and Chili, finger sandwiches, Quiche, Sandwich wraps, Salad, Fruit salad, three bean salad, and home made cakes! Followed by a Fashion show by Marilyn Snow of the Sunshine Hut at the Stuart Flea Market. The fashions were very affordable and fun. She had fashions for the Red Hat Ladies red and purple were abundant, as well as Cayla dress up and play.

Today is our walk a thon to benefit the food bank. So far we have collected. close to 1100.00 and we still have the Walk a thon money to add today. Sponsor a person is 5.00 an person. Decorate your cart and join the parade!. Snacks at the clubhouse afterward. Thank you all for your contributions and especially Jan Ryan for the super organizational and direction of this endeavor.

Saturday's dinner is selling out fast with Music and dancing to follow.

We still have the up coming Cruise to look forward too. For those of us who are staying behind we have the Super Bowl Party, $5.00 a person Pizza buffet. We are looking forward to a Fun time.

The improvements are complete and the guests have started arriving! The Park is jumping. Music night is going strong with open jams on Monday night having a strong attendence. The smells from the kitchen keep everyone hungry!  Bingo and card games are eagerly attended. Everyone is very impressed with the newly remodeled bath rooms all in tile. The second most popular thing is the new front loading washers and dryers, followed closely by the filtered water and ice machine.

The Reservations are filling up fast as everyone wants to get in on the fun. The newly poured sites are very popular but the bigest draw here is the friendly happy people. Thank you Betty Deluca, our activities director and Patty Christidoulou, our Kitchen director for the decorating and Christmas cheer!

Well, today we installed our Hunt Brothers Pizza Oven. We had a test run and the pizza was deemed excellent by all! You can now call and order pizza and hot wings to be delivered to your site piping hot and ready to eat!

No Ladies, Mr John does not cook here on a regular basis but he will be on hand for our Pizza Kick Off in November, to help us cook and serve! Join us at M RV for the Pizza Kick off

I can not believe it is already the middle of summer. We have been so busy that we have not noticed the days fly by. So far we have completed the office renovation and the sun porch / storage. We purchased new tables and furniture for the club house. We are adding 2 more pool tables and moving it all out to its own building at the back of the main clubhouse.

We have repaved the north side of the park and resealed all the other roads that were not done the beginning of last season. What an improvement! They even replaced the striping on the entry roads.

The automatic gate are now functional so come to the office as you arrive for the code

We have finished pouring 10 new super sites with 20 more in the process. Sites 113 to 120 sites 41 to 51 and 190 to 178.  The 2nd laundry is just about completed with a sales office attached. This will be the future home of our exercise and computer rooms. We have ordered new washers and dryers for the front laundry. A water filter is in the works. 

 We have installed one new park model rental that is also for sale. We have several more on the way. We have painted the outside of all the park building white with blue roofs and shutters.

We are also installing a pizza oven in the kitchen. We will have Fressh made Pizza for sale in the park. We may even offer delivery to your site.

Did I say we were busy? All the above and mowing this grass that is on steroids.

Can not wait until everyone comes back this fall and i get to meet our new guests and add them to our family.

Pizza and music was the theme last night at the get together at the community center. We even managed to convince the M players to drag out the instruments and entertain us one last time! Several songs by Ed and Theda were sung. Thank You! Jan, Joe, Denise and John. I was even consented to play Nickle Nickle with the card players, along with our newest next season resident, Gloria.  Gloria and her husband pulled in a couple days ago and will now be coming back for the 2010/ 2011 season. Welcome!! The players ended with "until we meet again" a saying we are hearing as each resident leaves as all intend to be back!

The 2010/ 2011 season promises to be exciting and busy as the sites fill up quickly! If you don't have your reservation yet give us a call soon to lock in your place.

As we watch the rigs pull out to head to their other home, we are sad that this great season has come to an end. The past months have been exciting. Meeting new people and making new friends for us. Getting back together with friend from the past and making new one for the returning guests.

We had a busy season packed with lots of activies and events. It was great to see an empty calendar fill to overflowing with things to do. Never a dull moment.

It was was exciting to see this beautiful park , once thought dead, come back to life. We want to thank all the workcampers, volunteers and guests that pitched it to breath life back into a great place to spend the winter. We as the managers could not have accomplised what we did with out each and every one of you.

We look forward to a very full and busy season this fall and into 2011. As we see the sites fill fast we are encourged. Our rates are very good and we have some excellent package deals so give us a call if you have not already booked your site for the next year.
